Arizona has such a diverse history, landscape and geography that there really is West Fork Trailsomething for everyone. From the valley's low desert and it's unique landscape of cactus and desert shrubs, trees and scents; to the lush cities and towns in the high country that feel like the northeast landscape with its pine forests, lakes and streams.

To make navigating the many places to see and things to do simpler, we have organized them into categories. Just follow the links to each category for more information.  There is a map below that will give you an overview of some of the locations.

Many of these adventures can be managed in a day trip from centrally located Phoenix. Others will require at least an overnight stay if Phoenix is your base. We have tried to give notations as to the proximity of some of these attractions to the major cities in Arizona.
